Twenty-five years since incorporation on 25 April 2001 — with founding subsidiaries dating back to 1997. From a single mandate into a group of nine wholly-owned companies across education, infrastructure, and healthcare, with FY2024 marking the highest revenue, profit and dividends in our history.
